Product Description

This manual spigot is screwed into the pallet for the machining cycle only. Since it has no influence on the reference position, it is removed for the purpose of space-saving storage. It is mounted again when the holder or pallet is used next time. It is equivalent to ER-010742. Product is made of stainless steel and bolt without flushing hole. Its application is using on electrode holders and operate manually and it applies to in pallets for chip-cutting machining processes.

POFI products can position and support the workpiece on the lathe much faster during assembling and installation which simplifies the production procedure. Meanwhile it can shorten the downtime and save cost.

The workpieces or electrodes remain mounted on the system carrier throughout the production cycle (turning, milling, grinding, EDM and Wire-EDM).
