Inspection Procedure

  1. Overall dimensions inspection according to acceptance criteria. No crack and defect, the marks of specification , supporting capacity and material on the surface should be clear.
  2. Test with thread ring gauge. Precision grade 6g(0.21OZ)
  3. Thread axis vertical to bearing surface, rotating the gauge to the screw root, if it’s of seamless joint with bearing surface, then vertical qualified.
  4. Qualified hoist ring must offer the certificate or detailed examining report in written form, and keep in the archives.
