The Thern 2W40-M is the highest-capacity worm gear hand winch in its class, designed for horizontal pulling applications only. Rated at 4,600 lbs, it features heavy-duty enclosed gearing, a large-drum design, and bronze worm gears for smooth, quiet operation. Like the 4WM2, the 2W40-M can also be powered by a hand crank or a portable drill, making it efficient for long pulls where manual cranking would be too time-consuming.
