1.PCD cutters are suitable for processing materials such as Aluminum, Aluminum alloys, copper alloys, synthetic fibers, carbon fibers, glass, plastics, wood and composites thereof.                                                                                                                                                        
2. Synthetic polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is a polycrystalline material obtained by solvent-polymerizing diamond micro powder under high temperature and high pressure. The hardness is about HV6000. 
3. PCD cutters are compared with cemented carbide tools. The hardness is 3-4 times higher; wear resistance and life are 50-100 times longer; the cutting speed can be increased by 5-20 times; roughness can reach to Ra0.05μm.
