Tuffy™ Flexi-Grip® Round Slings – Flexible, Color-Coded Slings for Secure, Adaptable Lifting

Tuffy Flexi-Grip® Round Slings are designed to conform easily around loads of many different shapes and sizes. Their flexible endless construction wraps closely around cylindrical, irregular and delicate loads, providing secure gripping performance in vertical, basket and choker hitches while helping reduce the risk of surface damage.

Made in the USA, each Flexi-Grip® sling features all-polyester construction and a color-coded, double-layer polyester jacket that protects the internal load-bearing fibers from abrasion, wear and ultraviolet degradation. Tuffy slings are manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015-certified quality management system covering the design, manufacture, inspection and testing of synthetic slings and related lifting products.

Applications

Tuffy Flexi-Grip® Round Slings are ideal for construction, manufacturing, steel fabrication, machinery moving, utilities and general industrial lifting. Their flexible endless design conforms closely around curved, irregular or finished loads and provides reliable performance in vertical, basket and choker configurations. Polyester construction also offers low stretch, minimal moisture absorption and resistance to rot and mildew.

Important: Flexi-Grip® round slings are manufactured in accordance with ASME B30.9, Section 9.6. Do not expose polyester round slings to temperatures above 194°F (90°C) or below -40°F (-40°C). Inspect the sling before every lift and remove it from service if the identification tag is missing or illegible, the cover or core yarns are damaged, or any condition creates doubt about the sling’s strength. Round slings are not designed for turning or shifting loads.
